Situated against the picturesque backdrop of the village of Belvès, lies the beautifully restored spacious holiday villa of L'Oratoire. The villa has 4 levels, all of which have been fashionably and tastefully decorated.

On the ground floor is the kitchen with Falcon stove (2 ovens and a grill) for cooking enthusiasts, a large fridge with separate freezer compartment and a traditional wooden pantry. The kitchen leads to a spacious covered terrace where there is a large dinning table with magnificent views to the surrounding area. There is a hallway with separate toilet and a cupboard with extra dinner sets and a microwave oven.

On the next level is the cosily appointed lounge room with a seating area around an hearth with fireplace, TV and DVD player. A sliding door leads to a terrace with seating at the side of the house. Off this area is another separate toilet and the washing machine. There is also a bedroom on this level with double bed, a classic couch and a charming bathroom with shower and washbasin.

On the next level up one finds a stylishly decorated bedroom with double bed. Also on this level a separate toilet and a spacious wardrobe and if needed an extra single bed. A kingsize bathroom with an antique bath on legs, a walk in shower and an antique washbasin makes for a luxurious setting.
On this level there is access to a terrace at the rear of the house with views to the pool. All terraces are connected by stone stairs.

The top storey has has 2 bedrooms. The first has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Both bedrooms have original exposed beams and cooling ventilation. There is also a separate toilet and washbasin on this level.

The pool (8m x 4m) with electronic safety alarm, lies a bit higher and is surrounded by a paved area and lounge chairs from which you can lie, relax and admire the view.

In brief, a real family home in beautiful surroundings, where you feel completely at home and can take advantage of all the riches that this region has to offer.

For daily needs there is a small supermarket and bakery in Belvès, also a chemist, post office and a bank with ATM facilities.
Just 15 minutes distant there is a large supermarket with a petrol outlet in Soirac-en-Périgord.

All bedlinen is included in the tariff and towels and tea towels can be hired (please indicate this when booking). Please supply your own swimming towels.

If your group is no larger than 4 persons you can enjoy an attractive price in the months of June and September.

Pets are not permitted.

Due to the classical furnishing of this house and the location of the swimming pool, the villa is not suitable for children below 10 years of age.
