Situated on 3 acres in Central Perigord Noir, close to Siorac-en-Périgord, St. Cyprien and Le Bugue, you will find this stunning Périgord style home filled with all modern comforts and conveniences.
Country charm and peace is paramount here, with access via a country lane without any disruption by other traffic.

RECOUX-CHARDONNERET is a freestanding holiday home with covered decks the length of the house. In the spacous lounge there is a dining area and a cosy seating area around a woodfire. There is a TV with satellite reception, DVD player and radio/CD player.

The well appointed kitchen has a large fridge with separate freezer, 4 ring gas burner, dishwasher and microwave oven. Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. A washing machine is situated at a lower level of the the house adjoining the garden.

On the next level of the house there are 2 bedrooms and a separate toilet. The first of these has a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and a washbasin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (0.90m x 2.00m). There is an extra fold out bed available for children. A cot and baby chair are present. Please bring your own bedding for the child's cot.

In the large level garden the children can play, including badminton and jeu-de-boules. The mature trees provide excellent shade in summer. The pool (10m x 5m) has a sunny terrace with parasols and outdoor furniture and a covered patio for shade lovers.

The complex lies a short distance from the Dordogne and Vézère rivers and many outstanding sights of interest, including: prehistoric caves (Les Eyzies, Lascaux), castles (Les Milandes, Beynac, Castelnaud) and picturesque places such as Sarlat, Domme, and Belvès.
There are many opportunities for those pursuing an active and adventure filled holiday such as the forests of Audrix, fantastic cycle trips, canoeing on the rivers, horse riding, tennis and golf (2 courses close by).

All linen is included in the tariff, except for large pool towels.

A supermarket with petrol outlet, bank and ATM are nearby in Siorac-en-Périgord (4km) and St. Cyprien (7km). There is a very good restaurant 3km from the house.

Pets are not permissible at the complex.
